Cathe Live Rotation #2 – Cardio & Weights Focus
As another wonderful reader of my blog, who had been enjoying my first Cathe Live Rotation (Cathe Live Rotation #1 - Metabolic, Total body & Cardio Focus), requested I put together another one, I just couldn't say no - so here goes...
This workout rotation is based on Cathe’s DVD rotation from November 2017 and as we move into the holiday season I thought this might be a good one to do. As Cathe said at the time, it’s jam packed with weights and cardio to get you primed and ready for whatever comes your way! Her aim was that we work hard so that we can enjoy these special festivities without back pedalling on our progress and goals - which sounds good to me!
As always, Cathe advises to take extra rest days, if needed, and get plenty of water! Your “off” day can be moved to any day within the rotation, if you’re feeling sore or are in need of extra recovery. Also although the rotation below starts on a Monday, feel free to start on any day that works for you.
Links are included below to the detailed reviews for each of these workouts. If you don’t like a particular workout - feel free to substitute another similar workout (as Cathe has so many!) Also I have included an alternative for any Step workouts, as I know many people don’t like those kind of routines, and some options for shorter workouts, just in case the original suggestion is too long on any given day.
