Cathe Live List In Numerical Order


As I have reviewed all of the previous Cathe Live routines* there are now so many Live reviews on this site that I thought it might be useful to also have them available in numerical order, in case you wish to navigate them this way too. Each of the links below are clickable and will take you directly to the detailed review of that routine. (My intention is to keep this list updated and to add each new Cathe Live Review as soon as I publish them).


(*With the exception of the cycling workouts (I don’t have a spin bike) and #9 Senior Fit, which I have actually done but didn’t review - as I used it as a recovery workout many years ago when I had flu).


Each workout has been assigned a code as follows, to let you know what type of routine it is:


SC – Strength Core

SL – Strength Lower Body

SU – Strength Upper Body

STB – Strength Total Body

CSL – Cardio & Strength Lower Body (Low Impact *)

CSU – Cardio & Strength Upper Body (Low Impact *)

CSTB – Cardio & Strength Total Body (Low Impact *)

C – Cardio (Low Impact *)

CStep – Step Cardio
